• Processing payments (via third-party payment provider);
• Improving Service quality.

Legal grounds: user consent, and the conclusion and performance of the service agreement.

To provide the Service, we transfer necessary data to third parties:

• Third-party AI providers — the content of your messages and uploaded documents is transmitted to third-party AI services to generate responses. Such transfers may take place outside the Russian Federation.
• Payment processors — to handle payments. Bank card data is processed directly by the payment system; the Service does not receive it.
• State authorities — in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Service does not sell your data and does not transfer it to other companies for advertising purposes.

Documents uploaded for analysis:

• are automatically deleted 14 days after upload;
• are not used for AI model training by the Service;
• are accessible only to the uploading user;
• are transmitted to a third-party AI provider for processing.

The Service uses cookies for:

• Maintaining authentication sessions;
• Remembering language preferences;
• Ensuring proper functionality.

We protect your data through:
